The 4th Annual Chefs’ Show-Off presented by Ten Rivers Food Web and Linn Benton Community College’s Culinary Arts department was a huge success! Lots of local chef’s preparing their featured dishes with local flavor! It was a great atmosphere full of tasting, sipping and lots of local foodie chatter. Chef’s know farmers and growers, growers know seed starters, and everyone knew everyone at the beer and wine booths!
There were featured dishes created by local chef’s using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. Cooking demonstrations and tasting workshops were a wealth of knowledge, and there was plenty of local ingredient suppliers to meet and purchase from.
